Iron Maiden on the Starship Lame.....
Negatives: The stage for ENHYPEN looked as if Spinal Tap designed a spaceship theme. I was also disappointed that ENHYPEN's set list caused each song to sound identical to the last. I kept wondering when the Characters from Alien or Star Trek were going to show up. I kept wondering when the 45 minute song was going to end each time the bass and lead guitar started playing slowly together. ENHYPEN, on a voyage through space... I'll take a different ship please!
Dream Theater took to the stage 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled time, which left me disappointed. It almost came across as ENHYPEN being the headliner pushed Dream Theater (a well seasoned, and well known act) around a little. Dream Theater never let on if that was the case, they came out firing both barrels and did an amazing job!
Positives: Their technical expertise and artistry was superb as they ran through current and previous hits throughout their catalogue of vast music. Dream Theater was amazing! ENHYPEN displayed showmenship when they took the stage, and Bruce did an amazing job entertaining the crowd.
